    Job Description


    We are seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to serve as a liaison for our members at Southwest Electric Cooperative. This role involves assisting members with unique issues, ensuring courteous and professional service, and maintaining a positive image. Key responsibilities include manage inbound calls and inquiries, handling service and collection orders, dispatch line crews, process electronic payments and rebates, assist with other related tasks as assigned. High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.


    Hours: 8-5 M-F (Saturday Rotation)

  • Receptionist/Cashier (Bolivar Office)

    Job Description


    The Receptionist/Cashier serves as the first point of contact for members at the office, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires processing mail payments, managing petty cash, and handling various administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, processing courier packages, and maintaining office records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent member service.


    Hours: 11-2 M-F ( Hours may vary)
