Report a power outage 24 hours a day by calling our power outage phone at 800-262-0326 or login to the Member Service Portal.
Please, do not email or use the “Contact Us” link to report a power outage.
If you are currently experiencing a power outage, please check a few things before reporting it to the cooperative.
First, check your meter (weather permitting). If the electronic display is blank, a call to the cooperative is necessary and a crew will be dispatched to restore your power. If the meter is displaying or flashing any numbers you do have power at the meter and will need to further check your side of the service; the cooperatives service ends at the meter.
Next, check the main breaker below the meter and check the fuses or breakers in the breaker box to ensure all breakers are on. If all fuses and breakers are functioning properly and you still are without power, a call to an electrician may be necessary.
