Automated Outage Reporting System

Southwest Electric Cooperative is equipped with an automated outage reporting system that allows members calls to be taken faster and more efficiently.  This system is used when an outage occurs that affects a large number of members.  You can report your outage through the automated menu and it will instantly be reported to our Member Services personnel who are responsible for notifying our service crews. 

In order for this system to operate efficiently, it is important that the cooperative has your correct phone number on file.  You can call any Southwest Electric Cooperative office and verify that your phone number is listed correctly, or you may also check the phone number listed on your monthly billing statement.  If the number is incorrect, please notify one of our offices or note your next payment with the correct phone number and we will update our records.
